Completed in 1982, BearTracks
Recording Studio has become one of the premier recording facilities on
the East Coast of the United States. The control room was designed by
George Augspurger. The main recording room features variable acoustics
and was designed and built by Lawrence P. Swist Designs. This room has
been used to record such notable music groups as Spyro Gyra, Foreigner,
Dream Theater, The Goo Goo Dolls, 10,000 Maniacs and The Band
